Survey matching and rewards
PollsOpinion uses profile data and survey activity to match users with available survey opportunities. Reward records may be reviewed and reconciled before approval or payout.
Third-party services
We may use service providers such as hosting, database, authentication, email delivery, anti-fraud, survey suppliers, analytics, and reward delivery partners to operate PollsOpinion.
Security
Data is transmitted using HTTPS. We may use security controls such as device checks, approximate location checks, IP hashing, risk scoring, duplicate prevention, and fraud-prevention review where appropriate.
Data retention and deletion
Users can request account deletion and associated data deletion through our Delete Account page. Some records may be retained where required for security, fraud prevention, legal, audit, payment, reconciliation, tax, or compliance purposes.
