How to request account deletion
- Email us from the same email address used for your PollsOpinion account.
- Use the subject line: PollsOpinion Account Deletion Request.
- Include your registered email address and country.
- We may ask for reasonable verification before processing the request.
Data deleted or anonymised
After verification, we delete or anonymise account profile data, login-linked profile details, survey activity linked to your account, and reward account records where legally, contractually, and operationally possible.
Data that may be retained
Some transaction, fraud-prevention, security, audit, tax, reconciliation, payment, dispute-resolution, and compliance records may be retained where required by law, contractual obligations, platform integrity, fraud prevention, or legitimate business operations.
Processing timeline
We aim to process verified deletion requests within 30 days. Some records may be retained for a longer period where required for legal, security, audit, reconciliation, payment, dispute-resolution, or fraud-prevention reasons.
